Description
Al Azraq, the desert castle in Jordan, aslo known as Blue Fortress, where T.E. Lawrence based his operations during the Arab Revolt in 1917–18. Built from black basalt by the Romans and rebuilt by the emir of the Ayyubids and Ottoman Turks it's the biggest fotress in northern Jordan
